Royal Scientific Society (RSS)/ National Energy Research Center (NERC) is looking for an expert to conduct Access to Finance assignment for its (MINARET II) project co-funded by the German International Cooperation (GIZ) and the European Union – in order to capitalize on the work achieved in (MINARET I), and build on the regulatory assessments and models that were developed in the early phase of this regional project in the Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia at municipal level.
Accordingly, the consultant will work with eight selected municipalities in Jordan, Lebanon, and Tunisia to accelerate investment for integrated natural resources management to these municipalities through several activities.
